SUBMIT: (RE)DEFINING: Identities of Asian America (2013) Photo Collection

EXTENDED Submission Deadline:
Sunday, March 31, 2013

Were there ever times you felt your identity was being defined or challenged by another? Were you ever given the opportunity to defend yourself? Or, rather, did you choose not to exercise that right?

A/P/A BRIDGE at NYU is curating a photo collection that captures the experiences and reactions that represent the unheard voices of those who identify with Asian America and its cultures.

“(RE)DEFINING: Identities of Asian America (2013)” seeks to transcend the boundaries of racial & ethnic profiling and stereotypes to expose the importance of our individuality and opinions despite race, ethnicity, and background.
