The Asian American International Film Festival is pleased to announce that the winner of the 2013 Asian American International Screenplay Competition is The Chinese Deliveryman by Isaac Ho. On August 1, NYC-based actors will read from the winning screenplay, which was inspired by the true-life murders of Chinese deliverymen in New York City. Ho will be working with the Asian American Film Lab and local artists to direct the reading.

Isaac Ho earned his MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA and BFA in Drama from NYU, Tisch School of the Arts. He was a semi-finalist for the ABC/Disney Writing Fellowship and is a recipient of the Stephen N. Gershenson Award for Screenwriting.
